Partial Refunds

  • Only the non-compliant area of the work is eligible for reimbursement if the rest satisfies the criteria.

  • Our quality assurance team reviews refund requests on an individual basis.
  • Refunds that are approved will be processed in 7-10 business days.

Service Agreement

By placing an order, the customer commits to giving precise specifications and due dates. Our services are meant for editing, proofreading, and help.

Delivery Terms

  • All deadlines are agreed upon by both parties; we are not liable for delays brought on by incomplete or delayed information.

Revisions

  • If the revisions follow the original guidelines, they are free of charge within 14 days of delivery.
  • Additional fees may apply for revisions brought about by modifications to the original specifications.

  • At our platform, no information or document of the client is ever shared with outside parties and is kept securely.
  • Plagiarism and Originality
  • Although we guarantee unique, plagiarism-free content, the client is ultimately in charge of its ethical use.

Cancellation Policy

  • If an order is cancelled within 24 hours of order placement, reimbursement may be possible.
  • Order cancellation is not possible when the work has started.
